Röttgen

2012 - Röttgen Riesling Auslese
In the nose lots of honey and caramel, stone fruits like peach and nectarines, also ripe yellow apple, also dried fruits and raisins. On the palate smooth and gentle, slightly smoky, spicy notes, broad fruit basket with lots of honey, acidity is creamy. Finishes nicely with beautiful stone fruit notes and honey. 

1995 - Röttgen Riesling Auslese Versteigerungswein
In the nose a beautiful aging nose with honey, caramel and raisins, slight smoke, slight pepper, on the palate a perfect fruit basket of figs, date, berries, candied pears, slight cinnamon, still great acidity, very well balanced, wrapped in spicy flavours. Wicked!

Uhlen

2015 - Uhlen Riesling Auslese
A beautiful fruity-spicy nose with white peach and dried apricots, floral notes, mandarin peel, some gooseberry, slight honey. On the palate smooth and rich, ripe and creamy, really deep and complex with an amazing fruit-acidity-balance. Lasts forever with a creamy fruit and spicy combination. Fantastic!

2017 - Alte Reben Riesling
Comes with a nose of ripe peaches and apricots, wrapped in spices in herbs, some smoky notes, some exotic elements, especially candied pineapples, all young and fresh. On the palate a smooth start, quickly followed by a broad range of spices, fresh and lively acidity, ripe fruit notes, exotics and peach meet again, herbal too. Finishes with a slightly smoky mix of fruit and spices. Love it! 

2017 - Von den Terrassen Riesling
In the nose a brilliant mix of slightly smoky slate spiciness with nice fresh fruit notes from peaches, apricots and citrus fruits. On the palate clear and direct, straight crisp acidity, great minerality spiciness, quite dense with good complexity, yellow stone fruits again, but also some unripe pineapples. Very mouthwatering finish with great spices.
