2007 - Riesling Auslese
The 2007 Auslese from the Magnum is beautifully balanced, fresh and silky. Awesome.

1999 - Riesling Kabinett halbtrocken
Comes truly golden into the glass. Great aging flavors of honey, caramel and raisins. Wonderful crisp acidity, quite dense. Fruit notes of yellow apples and nice minerality still very present. Great stuff!

1989 - Rheingau Riesling Spätlese trocken
The nose is a beautiful mix of strawberry, herbs and roasted caramel, quite ripe, slight wood. On the palate super fresh and mouthwatering, dense and fresh, great mineralization, deep notes of herbs and honey, slightly smoky. Everlasting, mouthwatering finish. Brilliant!

1976 - Riesling Auslese weiss
Color like a whiskey in the glas. Nose full of honey, caramel, plum and raisins. Quite similar notes on the palate, very soft and creamy. Very beautiful aging. This wine is so very balanced, the acidity is very smooth and shows not(!) a slight sense of vinegar which is absolutely phenomenal after 41 years! The Vollrads stays very long with a beautiful caramel-honey-acidity mix…
