2016 - Pettenthal Riesling Kabinett
Beautiful Kabinett with nice slate minerality and beautiful complexity, our favorite part is the fruit: starts with exotic fruits along with pear and peaches and apricots to a finish of citrus and lemon peel. Just great!
2015 - Pettenthal Riesling Auslese
A Riesling to fall in love with. Great minerality in the nose combined with multiple fruit notes of mandarin and pineapple, slight herbs and spices, in the palate great balance of fruit notes, acidity and fantastic minerality. Really good!
2015 - Pettenthal Riesling Kabinett
The nose is a beautiful balance of the spicy minerality of the vineyard and white fruit notes, soft and clear, lots of apple, pear, but also exotic notes of unripe pineapple. On the palate crystal-clear, lively acidity, fruit notes of unripe yellow apples, herbs, elegant firestone-like minerality, long citrus and grapefruit peel finish. Puristic and animating.
Ölberg
2015 - Ölberg Riesling GG
A GG how we like it: Great nose of spicy minerality, bit of quince, citrus, yellow apple, slightly floral. On the palate great acidity with great fruit and minerality, powerful but creamy, dry citrus finish that stays very long with slightly salty end. Can’t stop drinking!
2014 - Ölberg Riesling GG
Comes with a spicy and salty nose, with floral elements and lots of slate minerality, red apples mixed with exotics like unripe pineapple and some passion fruits. On the palate super fresh and clean, beautiful acidity, great spices mix, citrus peel, unripe mango. Finishes very long, mouthwatering and super elegant. Wicked!
Hipping
2017 - Hipping Riesling Kabinett
2017 Kabinett is everything that you can expect from a great Kabi. Fruity-fresh nose with lots of spices and a mineralic freshness that is already mouthwatering, peaches, yellow plums, apples, pears, deep limestone minerality. On the palate fresh and spicy with grabbing acidity, impressive but still fine minerality, icecold waterfall, refreshing and mouthwatering, perfect fruity-acidity-balance, red currant, some citrus notes. Finishes racy and spicy with great citrus and grapefruit elements. Can’t stop drinking this baby!
2016 - Hipping Riesling Kabinett
Fresh nose of nice red slate minerality and herbal elements, white fruits and floral notes, on the palate slight mint, very fine, very elegant, apples, pears and grapefruit, nice minerality-acidity-play, finishes herbal. Really great Kabi!
2012 - Hipping Riesling GG
Beautiful, slightly aged nose with ripe stone fruits like juicy peaches and nectarines, ripe apples, wonderful spices and honey. On the palate creamy with fresh acidity, great minerality, quite deep, fruit notes of almost dried fruit with herbs. Finishes spicy with aging notes of honey. Fantastic wine!

2017 - Rheinschiefer Nierstein Riesling
Great nose with peach, smoky and flinty elements, herbs and citrus elements. On the palate super fresh and elegant, very balanced, nice acidity, fantastic minerality. Beautiful crisp finish with lemon and salt. Wicked for the price of only 15 Euros.
